Iran Pondering Attack of Israel

Post by MotorCityRadioFreak » Sat Apr 06, 2024 8:46 am

The IDF took out a top Iranian general a few days ago along with the aid workers they killed. If Iran attacks Israel, expect fuel prices to soar, and Biden will lose re-election. That’s best case scenario. Worst scenario is WW3.

I think it would be a mistake for Iran to start a major attack but a response is understandable.

They would be pulverized and I’m not sure they have lots of friends to help them… China and Russia probably wouldn’t help and the Saudi’s would cheer us on…

How would oil prices be impacted? Pure profit taking by the markets, nothing to do with supply and demand...

Russia is somewhat busy elsewhere and if reporting is to be believed China is too. So you are correct that they would be basically on their own

It's happening now. The extent is to early to tell but it's 100+ drones.
Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

We can 500-600 ballistic missles to the items Iran has decided to lob at Israel in an effort to be obliterated in return…

I’m pretty certain Israel can seriously damage Iran.

So you say you're concerned about the market? Kind of selective fears eh?

Aren't wars good for sitting Presidents?

Considering I bought back in recently, yes I am.

Biden's "support" of Israel has been some of the weakest support I've ever seen a sitting President give to an ally. So that remains to be seen here. If we're talking pure politics here, I think a conflict between Israel and Iran would hurt Biden more than help him.

According to Israel, the total ended up being somewhere around 320 munitions, including 170 explosive drones and 150 missiles. Iran says the attack is over.

The question now is, how does Israel respond, and to what degree does the US, both militarily and rhetorically, support Israel.

Considering that only 1 percent of the munitions reached their targets (I assume that means 3 in total), Israel should just publicly ridicule Iran for how pathetic their attack was and let it go at that. I think Iran wants Israel to retaliate.
