Proof positive it was (and is) stupid of Haley to remain in the GOP primary race.

Trafalgar Group, just like with Iowa, nailed it again.

Final poll: Trump 59 Haley 38
Result: Trump Trump 59.8 Haley 39.5
Difference between poll margin and actual margin: 0.7

She's pissing off the criminal thug, so that alone is worth it.
Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

I agree. And let's say something happens to Trump. Gets put in jail, eats one hamburger too many and has a coronary, etc., she's positioned to get the nomination. I give her credit. She is actually a sane Republican, a term that is really an oxymoron today.

And isn't the adage, "you don't drop out because you lose, you drop out because you're out of money". She still has plenty of cash. Fight on, Nikki!

I disagree. If something were to happen to Trump, I think DeSantis would become the defacto candidate.

Well, let's all hope something happens to Trump so we can find out.

As much as I dislike Joe Biden, I would never under any circumstance root for "something to happen" to him.

So add that to my list of things we just don't do in this country:
1 - put our political opponents in jail
2 - publicly root for our leaders to die

Well, your chosen candidate has already advocated for #1.

I personally would rather see Trump locked up, but if he has a massive coronary, I would not shed a tear. It would be a positive thing for this country since there are so many idiots who would actually vote for the Russia loving treasonist.

Did you forget the part about not trying to overturn an election you lost?

DeSantis is a terrible campaigner and an extremely weak candidate… that would be an awful idea.

I don't like it, but we've been doing that for decades.

Remind me of the previous times you had people breaking into the US Capital trying to disrupt the process.

So rather than let democracy play out, you'd rather just put the candidate you don't like in jail.

Got it.

That's not what you asked. Nevertheless, anybody who thinks Trump is responsible for that particular bad behavior lacks the most basic of reading comprehension skills. Trump didn't encourage anybody to break into the Capitol. Period. And you're wasting your breath if you want to debate this with me further.

Trump is a criminal thug who shouldn't be on the ballot. I wonder if you have as much sympathy for Kwame Kilpatrick.

Why was he having a rally on that day to stop the steal? Why was he not cooperating on the presidential transition?
