Kimmel's response is absurd. Rodgers didn't say anything about Kimmel's NAME being on the list at all. He could have been implying that some of Kimmel's IDOLS are on the list. Rogers can't be sued for that.

Rogers *could* be sued, but that lawsuit would not be successful.

Their plan B would probably to put Nightline there. That said he’s more important to ABC than Aaron Rogers will ever be to anybody at the mouse. Rogers is absolutely instantly expendable. That’s doubly true with where he went with his comments. I’m surprised he wasn’t canned faster than he could finish his sentence.
