The problem is Idaho doesn't want these jackasses anymore than those of us in the valley who are carrying most of their tax burden. What we're faced with is a group of folks who seem to want all the perks and none of the responsibility. Fuck 'em.

I think Idaho would be VERY HAPPY to take the eastern half (or 3/4s) of Oregon AND Washington State.

This has come up a few times, but it's never gone anyplace. At one point, I think a new state called Jefferson was to be created but it seems like it would have happened already.
