Still saving what you suggested was a prediction by me, or have you deleted the screenshot?

I agree with Neckbeard 100 percent. Problem is at this point we are in too deep to simply walk away so we, as a ally, have to stay the course. Biden, or his representatives, need to push damn hard for a cease fire and withhold all aid, except to the victims on both sides, until it happens. At that point we could walk away and let them parties involved do what they will.

It doesn't seem so long ago that this country wanted any all all Muslim people or countries blown to smithereens. You had political candidates running on a platform of "kill them all, let God sort them out". There was a big stink for years that Barack Hussein Obama was a Muslim. Oh noes! Not ISLAM! If anyone so as much as sneezed at Israel, we were ready to step in on their behalf. It wasn't long ago, either, that your boy Trump wanted to keep Muslims out of the country. Even Indian Sheiks were at risk of hate crimes. People in this country wanted Israel to let loose and take care of business.

Here we are now. Now that the shit is hitting the fan (once again, always has, always will), and there is backing of Israel by the (Biden - D) white house, now it's hands off and cease fire and Palestinian support everywhere I look. I want peace, too, but now I have to worry about my wife and stepdaughters and in-laws because they are Jewish. Not Israeli, but Jewish nonetheless. Suddenly support for Israel is a BAD thing? It's because it's Biden, isn't it. If Biden was supporting a cease fire, he would be called weak. If he supported Palestine, he would be a terrorist supporter. Like the song says, you're damned if you do, damned if you don't, damned if you will and damned if you won't.

Biden is known for weakness with Iran, Afghanistan and tying to remove the embassy from Jerusalem.

I don't disagree but we didn't need to:
1. Pay Iran Money for Hostages.
2. Allow any arms to be left behind in Afghanistan.
3. Try to remove embassy from Jerusalem, since it was already there.

But if we don't move the Embassy, old testiment types will keep selling their end times voodoo at the pulpit to extract more money from the poor and gullible.

2 Happened because we honored a Trump deal to be out quicker than we could reasonably be.

I got to thinking about this thread last night (yes I know get a life :) )

What if Biden can pull off a peace accord before next November? Like Carter and Clinton, get everyone to hold hands and sing Kumbaya for the cameras. Of course it will probably last about as long as when James Earl and William Jefferson tried it.

I'm thinking if he could pull it off, even if the One Big Happy only last until after election day, would be a good thing for him.
Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. There's no going back, and we can only go forward before we run out of runway.

Anyone see any of Trump's courtroom antics yesterday? If so then you got a glimpse of how unhinged and far from the real world this putz actually is. It should also serve a glimpse into what 4 years of this man child back in office would be like. iT'S NOT GOOD.

Kidding aside, I don't think that avoiding Biden or Trump in 2024 should be a liberal or conservative thing. The American public should agree both are too out of touch and that we need to have better choices. Its confusing that this doesn't happen.

NB is right. Sure, your team could win the game, but it isn't worth it. And the Democrats are champions at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

If Trump does regain the White House next year....
You'll see Liberals from around Detroit being the first ones to jump off the Gordie Howe Bridge....

And if Biden is reelected, what will conservatives do? Take another tour of the Capitol?
