I totally agree, but their intelligence collection seems to need improving. Imagine if this whole attack has been rerailed with a few surgical strikes 6 months ago. Thousands of lives saved. I have read that this was in planning for years.

Just for clarification, are you suggesting that terrorists can be educated? And that by simply educating them, they'll abandon their terrorist way and join civilized society?

No. I’m suggesting that religion is what got these people to the dark ages. At one time the Muslim world was the premier beacon of thought, art, science and invention. Then the clerics started rejecting that and they went down a rabbit hole they have yet to emerge from. The Christian world did the same thing… so this may be a natural part of religious evolution and they’ll outgrow it eventually just as happened to the west in the renaissance.

I didn't say they were on the level with Europe I said they are evolved. There are human rights violations going on in many Middle Eastern countries but also in Asia Russia as well. I'm suggesting there are many governments in the Middle East that are not actively involved in terrorism.

We know Hamas is brutalizing Palestinians, but now Israel is as well. Are they both terrorists?

The United Nations Children’s Agency (UNICEF) has decried the “staggering” number of children casualties in Gaza, where officials say Israeli bombardment has killed thousands.

Reporting that 2,360 children have been killed in less than three weeks, UNICEF called for an immediate ceasefire and sustained and unimpeded access for humanitarian assistance.

A further 5,364 children in Gaza have been injured in the “unrelenting attacks,” UNICEF added on Tuesday. More than 400 children are reportedly either killed or injured daily in the besieged Palestinian enclave, it said.
