It's too soon to say how historians will view President Biden, my own view is that he is a victim of circumstance. At the same time however, he seems lost and tired. I question if Vice President Harris was the right person for the job, for the 2nd most powerful position in The United States. There is something about her personality that is "Off" to me.
Still, The President is merely a figure head. The real power is in the congress coupled with the lobbyists that control it.
