This is best reason yet to stop the daily worrying about man-made CO2. I'm all about conservation, but not hype, and carbon-tax silliness.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.
