The most recent Baltimore police officer, Edward Nero, to stand trial in the Freddy Gray case has been found innocent of all charges. This is the second trial relating to the Freddy Gray case, the first, against officer William G. Porter, ended in a hung jury. State Prosecutor, race baiter and political hack Marilyn J. Mosby is 0 for 2.
Remember, Ms. Mosby stated at the press conference she held announcing charges against the officers that; "This is your moment. Let’s insure we have peaceful and productive rallies that will develop structural and systemic changes for generations to come. You’re at the forefront of this cause and as young people, our time is now."
Does that sound like someone that is seeking justice? Or, as I believe, does it sound like someone using the criminal justice system as an activist? First a Jury and then a Judge (an African American Judge) agrees.
Ms. Mosby should be brought up on charges for misconduct in office.
