You just have to shake your head that such obviously Unconstitutional ex post facto laws were not only made but used to charge the makers of the videos. Jerry Brown signed the bill, but ONLY AFTER "NEWS ORGANIZATIONS" WERE EXEMPTED FROM THE LAW.
Unbelievable.
California should be FORCED to pay for the legal representation of the people charged. It is that egregious. And so is the exemption of so called "news organizations".
