WHNE and Decades

Post by videocollectore » Mon Jan 07, 2019 8:42 pm

WHNE needs help from it's viewers. If you all want Decades to affiliate with WHNE then please let Decades know by posting to their Facebook page or contacting them directly. WHNE is just about the only affiliate left with available channel space but Decades is hemming and hawing by insisting that, with WHNE's impending move to VHF, they would not be a good fit.

I tend to agree with Decades, as far as room there’s a lot of room on Detroit’s Full Power TV Stations for Decades, They could go to 4.4, 7.4, 20.4, or 31 could drop one of their subs for Decades, they could go to 62.3, but as far as any of the 14’s no way. Even if 14 stayed on RF channel 20 the signal still suffers and the move to RF channel 3 will even be worse.

Can't they sign a short-term deal? I'd rather have Decades in Detroit than not at all

I'd be happy with a short term deal just to get them back on the air.
