Suggestions on how to help GNASH succeed
So my main idea would be actual "classic country".
Meaning 70s, 80s, and 90s country only. (Main focus on the 90s)
Do you guys think there is still an audience for that?

I’ve said before drop the Nash brand and just call something else, Or bring the W4 calls back to Detroit and become a Classic Country Format even throw in some Country Pop crossovers from The 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and even some Eagles, Bob Seger, America, Dobbie Brothers and some Southern Classic Rock mix it up and you could call the station “93.1 Detroit’s Country Rewind” If you chose not to bring back the W4 brand.

Don't get too out there with the format.
Southern Rock imo should not be mixed with 90s country.
Dolly Parton and Shania Twain mixed in with CCR and Eagles seems way too out there.
Now personally I would love that format. I would actually make that a preset.
But will the rest of Metro Detroit?

I'm thinking of a format with artists such as:
Juice Newton, Lonestar, Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks, Linda Ronstadt, Wynonna Judd, Eddie Rabbit, and Reba McEntire mixed with "line dancing" music and "tex-mex"

I like that idea.
A name like " Detroit's Original Country", DRQ. (93.1 was Country in 1969-71) and the call letters sort of represent it.
Crossover Artists like Kenny Rogers, Glen Campbell, etc.
It's worth a try.
