This is the time of year they roll out all those great new ways to get into shape for summer. This is my favorite for 2010:

The first time I saw this I laughed so hard I fell off the sofa.. I am not joking. My wife thought I was nuts and my dog thought I was playing. I didn't even see the end of the commercial because I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. Keep in mind, I am not proud of this :red

but must be honest.

I cannot imagine the meetings where they discussed, approved, payed, previewed, and then let it air. Did no one bring up the obvious? Or is my mind just warped from when I was a kid?

SNL could not have done it better as a fake commercial.
