If you've ever been out to Boston, this makes sense. Tons of Brazilian immigrants in the Chelsea/Everett area and plenty in Framingham as well. Last time I was out there, had a great Portuguese sausage omelette. (Side story)

There's definitely a market to make a few bucks with this format.

The 1260 signal is being LMAed to an operator which has previously been on a suburban signal there.

I've never actually been there so I don't know a lot of the specifics of the city, sounds right though.

There are a lot of Brazilians/Portuguese out that way. In fact, RTPI (a Portuguese cable channel) is on basic (or expanded basic) cable in Rhode Island!
