Where is Mega Hertz?

Post by SteveS » Thu Apr 04, 2024 1:53 pm

The follow-up to the 'Where is TT?' thread.

Looks like it has been about a month and a half since he last posted. Maybe he injured his hand by punching something when Bohemian Rhapsody started playing on some station.

It looks like he's been lurking. I think he alluded to a kid being on the way.

Oh man, I hope he's busy changing diapers and washing bottles...

You can tell he's logging in even if he don't post?
Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. There's no going back, and we can only go forward before we run out of runway.

...I'm rather surprised to see this thread. I suppose it was kind of rude of me to just up and disappear.

Matt and TC are correct. My son was born on March 13, ten fingers, ten toes, healthy as could be. After three losses, we couldnt be happier he's here. He came a long way to be with us. Today he is one month old.

To say I've been busy changing diapers and washing bottles is an understatement. Day to day life carries on, work, housework, but there's a lot more to handle now. My stereo now has dust on it. My drums and guitars haven't been touched. I dropped my wife and the kids off at her mom's house (she still isn't ready to drive), so I had a few minutes to pop in.

That's not to say I haven't been reading. After his late night feeding, while he dozes off, I'll peruse the PolPot, read certain posts and say, "Sorry, kid. This is the world I'm leaving you".

I'll be around again when things get more settled and in a routine.

Congratulations man... You may think it's had ( it is) but parenting is the most worthwhile thing you will ever do.
