My salary may say "middle class" but I will always have the working class mentality. You came up with nothing, and you go out everyday and do what you have to so that you don't go back to nothing.

I’m about the middle of the middle class on that… I’m on a mission to be debt free… I want to make sure I don’t have to worry about money because I’m making bullshit payments ever again.

By income, I’m at the lower end of the upper-middle class category, but since I’m just a regular staff nurse, can I still identify as working class?
