Greetings from Corbin KY, our first stopover on the way to Florida. It appears that Hilton hotels have responded to complaints from their guests. The room is equipped with a nice bedside clock. There are no calendars on the wall but I'll cut them some slack on that. It's pretty early in the new year. They just haven't got around yet to hanging them.

Tomorrow night, in Southern GA. Arriving in Florida on Friday.

Just as I clicked on this thread the movie my girlfriend is watching got to an upbeat musical interlude while the characters are on a road trip… that is somehow appropriate. Glad you’re back.

I am glad you liked the clock. We didn't know if you were coming back but I figured i'd go ahead and get you that Christmas present anyhow. Fortunately, the folks at hilton owed me me a favor.

Those of us up here in Michigan (and Ontario) are about to get a major dose of nasty winter weather! I wish I were in Georgia or Florida right now.
