If you're reading yhis, MW, please delete this thread. I didn't expect it to enrage all the Liberals here.
FTR, your post didn't enrage this Liberal. You asked if it crossed the line and I just mentioned it was mis-categorized.
I wasn't meaning you. It's the closet Liberals here who took offence.

Ok, I get the pretend "Gee-Golly-Oh-Willikers" innocent bit you play here, but.....

....are you so dense that you that you think liberals would rise to object to your anti-gun rhetoric?

I don't know how it is in whatever pretend universe you want us to think you live in, but conservatives are typically thought to feel that legal personal ownership and use of firearms is acceptable, and liberals are typically thought to be against same.

Or, more likely, this is just more gamesmanship to keep us dancing to your silly drum-beating.

Canada's last Conservative government gutted our gun laws. In 2015 Trudeau got elected on a promise to restore sanity to our gun laws.

In a press conference the day after his election Trudeau, in typical Liberal fashion, announced "We won't be revisiting that issue."

I may disagree with the Conservatives but, at least, they follow through on their promises.

If =ROUND(A1*(1 + RANDBETWEEN(10,25)%), 2)

However, that generates only "integer" percentages 10%, 11%, 12%, etc. If you want percentages with 2 percentage decimal places -- 10.00%, 10.01%, 10.02% etc -- one way to do that is:

=ROUND(A1*(1 + RANDBETWEEN(1000,2500)/10000), 2)

=ROUND(A1*(1 + (10% + (25%-10%)*RAND())), 2)
or
=ROUND(A1*(1 + (10% + 15%*RAND())), 2)

---------------------------

In essence, I agree.

That's a hell of a way to say you get around.

He likes to call himself a socialist, all the while enjoying a lifestyle unimaginable to the actual socialist populations, but likes to create infighting much the way the Communists of the 50s and 60s did.

I've been a card carrying, dues paying party activist since the year dot. We live in modest comfort in a nice working class neighbourhood just like most of our socialist friends.
