OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. -- A Niceville woman was arrested over the weekend after deputies say she engaged in sexual acts with a minor and allowed minors to consume alcohol at an open house party.
39-year-old Kelley Light Drummond is charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors, and Lewd and Lascivious Behavior of a Victim 12 to 16.
According to an Okaloosa County arrest report, the incident took place at a residence located on Nutmug Avenue in Niceville on December 23, 2022.
The report states, the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office received information from the Florida Department of Children and Families regarding the victim on April 28.
According to the report, on May 1, investigators spoke with the victim who stated Drummond had provided him and other juveniles with alcohol on the night of the incident. The victim then explained to deputies how Drummond began to touch him in a sexual manner. The victim told deputies Drummond also took his hand and made it touch her "privates."
The report states during the investigation, deputies found Snapchat footage posted by the victim that showed Drummond and the victim together on a bed. One of the images also included a caption written by the victim that explained the acts of the incident taking place.
While deputies interviewed Drummond on June 14, the report says she admitted to providing the juveniles with alcohol but denied lying in a bed next to the victim. After Drummond was shown the Snapchat video evidence by deputies, she withdrew her denial.
The report says Drummond then told investigators she could not confirm the sexual contact with the victim due to her level of intoxication.
Drummond was taken to the Okaloosa County Jail on July 15 and released the following day on a $100,000 bond.
