I'll be over on that side of the state next weekend for golf, I think I might stop in to the restaurant.

This is probably an unpopular opinion, but Zehnders sucks.teetoppz28 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 2:01 pmhttps://www.mlive.com/news/saginaw-bay ... t-101.html

Oh, I agree 110%, it's overpriced crap cafeteria food. But I don't mind Michigan on Main, adjacent to the Bavarian Inn. They have a decent beer selection to wash down that overpriced, under-seasoned slop! We stop in there after our rounds of golf at the Fortress. Happy wife, happy life!Matt wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 2:38 pmThis is probably an unpopular opinion, but Zehnders sucks.teetoppz28 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 2:01 pmhttps://www.mlive.com/news/saginaw-bay ... t-101.html

This just may be. I did a bit of googling.
Looks like Zehnders is run by different owners with the same last name.
Dorothy Zehnder and her family own the Bavarian Inn.
Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. There's no going back, and we can only go forward before we run out of runway.

Rumor has it, the two restaurants are connected by a tunnel under the road and share a lot of the same food out of the same kitchen. I can't confirm this... but the food *IS* eerily similar. Those buttered noodles, though! #drool

According to this article, second and third paragraphs, it's a myth:teetoppz28 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 3:43 pmRumor has it, the two restaurants are connected by a tunnel under the road and share a lot of the same food out of the same kitchen. I’m going to need third-party validation here! #FrankenmuthConspiracyTheoriesRound Six wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 5:26 pmAccording to this article, second and third paragraphs, it's a myth:teetoppz28 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 3:43 pmRumor has it, the two restaurants are connected by a tunnel under the road and share a lot of the same food out of the same kitchen. It hasn't been good for years besides the bakery. Even that isn't what it was in the 90's....Bronner's is still nice though.Matt wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 2:38 pmThis is probably an unpopular opinion, but Zehnders sucks.teetoppz28 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 2:01 pmhttps://www.mlive.com/news/saginaw-bay ... t-101.html

They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.
