They're invited. And then handed a laundry list of topics that they can't talk about. So they decline rather than censure themselves. Seinfeld talks about it on one of his HBO specials. Maher talked about it during one of his shows.

Actually, I see lots of comedy and I understand the lines that exist. Look at two old school comedians; Louis CK and Marc Maron.

Both take you right to the edge. One likes to masterbate in front of interns the other does not. In selecting a comedian, you are suggesting that Louis CK is unfairly left off the invite list?

There are racist comics, there is not a place for them except the good ol boy clubs, Fawell University and Hillsdale.

I listen to the CBC Comedy hour regularly (30 minutes each day), there are plenty of comedians capable of being funny without being dirt bags. Traverse City just had it's festival, and ever performer should have no problems with colleges.

Hershey's chocolate is garbage; European chocolate is vastly superior.

Canadian chocolate is superior - ever have a kit Kat in Canada compared to here? Night and day difference.

Kit Kat in the U.S. is owned by Hershey, while everywhere else it's Nestle. That could be why.

Hershey used to market a Dove-like brand of miniatures called Bliss. Those were my favorite, better even than Dove (they kinda tasted like Lindt, very creamy), but they were sadly discontinued.
