Seems like some authority figure needs to do some explaining. And maybe resign as incompetent. The murder came less than two weeks after Thaler was awarded full custody of the child, despite the boy's father claiming she had drug and mental health issues.
I no longer directly engage trolls

Along with the prosecutor who dealt the MSU shooter down from a felony CCW charge to a misdemeanor.craig11152 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 19, 2023 5:31 am

I heard Karen McDonald dancing around that issue this morning on WDIV. She was making all kinds of excuses and trying to redirect the conversation to OTHER things that might be implemented to address the "mass shooters" issue.Plate Cap wrote: ↑Sun Feb 19, 2023 9:56 amAlong with the prosecutor who dealt the MSU shooter down from a felony CCW charge to a misdemeanor.craig11152 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 19, 2023 5:31 am

Devon should have asked her if she would support a REVIEW process whereby when a situation like this happens. That would be a review of the prosecutor's decision (and what all went into it) by others - perhaps other key prosecutors in the state - to determine if that action was appropriate given the situation at the time. And, what PENALITIES should be implemented if found to be inappropriate, including resignation or "dereliction of duty" charges.
Judges should do the same.
