While Niger is a country, adding "ia" makes more sense. If anyone gets offended, just tell them that a fake prince scammed you. It struck me as odd that 2 countries shared such a similar name. People in Niger probably dont like being mistaken for the epicenter of internet scams, either.
Anyway, i bet the gang members are much too dumb to even realize that they wrote the name of a country on another dummys tattoo.
