I've never come across a Tesla on the road that doesn't drive like a complete and total asshole. Do they drive like that to get it to the next charging station before it dies?

F150 is far superior product with the aluminum body, at least in the rust belt. The frames are better coated too.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 9:20 amI must say - there are some surprises in here (at least to me).
Tesla Model Y is the fourth best selling passenger automobile in the country both YTD and for April individually!
Tesla now commands greater market share than Subaru.
The Silverado is giving the F-150 a run for its money.
I was surprised to see Nissan ahead of Hyundai and Kia by a substantial margin.
Mazda needs to fire a bunch of people responsible for marketing if it has not already done so; its market share is abysmal.
Jaguar should just exit the U.S. market entirely.
The redesigned CR-V outsold RAV4 in both March (a near tie) and April but RAV4 still leads for the year.
I was surprised to see the Camry post such strong unit sales in April.

Subaru is badly tarnished with headgasket and valve train problems from past. One of the hamsters on the radio this morning asked if they carried headgaskets in the glove compartment..LOL.
Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

I would avoid Mexican built VWs, at least for the first two years of any new model release.

I definitely agree.F150 is far superior product with the aluminum body, at least in the rust belt. The frames are better coated too.
I also agree with zzand's comments regarding Mazda. Coincidentally, in the 90s to perhaps early 00s (?), they actually did sell compact pickup trucks. That was when Ford had an ownership stake. The trucks were rebadged Ford Rangers with minor design tweaks.
