Last week - straight off the grill, just as it was starting to rain.

Yeh. A lot of my barbecues have been rained on this year too. Glad your steaks were ready before it started. Looks great.

Guessing that's two fingers of Crown Royal on the rocks behind it?

Canadian Club. I keep Crown Royal in my bar for special occasions or special guests. But my every day, drinking whisky is Canadian Club.

I'm a killer grilled cheese maker....American, Swiss, and pepper jack on rye.

Looks like a cinnamon roll.

I remember how good those were. Damn near a sexual experience.

Ah well, we always have memories.

What would be the net result of one per year for you?

Seems to defy gravity. :blink

I'm sure even a plain day-old bagel looks good with Kihei as a backdrop!

Well I actually meant that semi-seriously... is it going to make that big a difference for your health situation? I know you’ve become rather health conscious lately.... how strictly regimented is your diet anyways?

My reply was semi-serious too. I LOVE pastries, cinnamon rolls, good crusty bread, etc. Having eliminated simple carbohydrates from my diet, my cravings for those sort of things has pretty much went away. I know for a fact that if I had even one, I most likely would fall off the wagon.

In order to meet my body fat percentage and weight training goals I need to make every calorie count.

I'm celebrating pazcki day by watching others eat them. :razz

I lost 15 pounds while I had the flu and couldn’t keep anything down for 8 days... the trouble is I’m 6’ and weighed a whopping 120 then... now I’m 107... I may need a paczki or 12... I’ve always been skinny as a rail but c’mon...
