This is a good link. The items are kind of pricey though. I like the idea of suppressing noise on each phase of the circuit breaker box. If your neighbors are electrical noisemakers, this might be something to consider.

The placement of your antenna(s) is a BIG factor.
Can you give some idea of what freq range and antenna situation you have had noise problems with ?
The gadget's advertized in the link look like snake oil to me.

At my location, I am fortunate enough to have a large back yard. I live about 5 miles from 50kW WFTD-Marietta GA.
I have a single turn untuned loop antenna located 200 feet behind my house, and over 500 feet from any other house.
The loop feeds a Wellbrook 30db amp., which drives the 200 feet of coax back to an SDR-IQ and a Grundig Satellit 800. I found that a low-gain loop, with some pre-amp is desirable vs a longwire, etc. While signals are weaker on the loop, the signal to noise is much better with a closed loop.
Even with the distance from the house, I was still troubled by noise running up and down the coax. I am using a common mode choke back at the house, from https://myantennas.com/wp/product-category/cmc-2/ I am using the CMC-510. This choke, effectively killed over 95% of local RFI. For good measure I also hang snap on ferrites an just about every cable in the shack.
I am in suburban Atlanta, and can routinely hear WSM-650 in Nashville---daytime. I can see carrier from WHAS-840 in the middle of the day. WSM is around 0.25mV/m at this location.
So, yes, antenna location is important, but you may have to add additional suppression, depending on you location.

They advertise it like it's some kind of medical device. I'm plagued with noise here, but most of it is radiated noise I'm picking up. I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.
