I wonder how many of these will actually sign on the air.

There are at least a few of these applications that are not grantable in their current state. That is partly attributable to the chaos caused by changes in the database structure, and missing FCC records, especially Canadian stations in the Great Lakes Region.

Make This World Foundation, IIRC, had a station on 102.3 before with the calls WEGV-LP, though the tower was located near Chelsea and the signal didn't reach Ann Arbor (which was the COL).
