What's awesome about him? I watched a little bit of it. Seems no different than other meteorologists I watch.
Re: Awesome Meteorologist In Tupelo MS
He could take it up a notch if he had one of his staff monitoring the local SKYWARN amateur radio net to get updates

When I heard Tupelo in the title of the thread I thought he'd be dressed as Elvis.

His on-air style is more polished these days and he isn't as intense on-air today as he was then. He does indeed do a terrific job with severe weather coverage. I'd put him right up there with James Spann. There are clear similarities. He even "rocks" the suspenders on-air like Spann from time to time.
Eastern MS gets a TON of violent storms compared to most other parts of the country, so having people like Mr. Laubhan on the air is a great service to the community.

Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

If he is that good, maybe he will come to this area.
