I did not watch....I never watch politicians give speeches. I read the cliff notes to see what "promises" are floated then wait to see how many of those promises fall short.

I know many were clamoring, including myself about the lack of details on road in the SOTS. But we should know specifics I would guess when the governor releases her budget.
