VH1 classic morphed into MTV Classic a couple of years ago. Their programming changed somewhat, (basically more rap and no more That Metal Show or Rush Concerts.)
That just seems pointless and a waste of space

Welcome to the modern world of television, where it is a waste of space.

There are some Cable Channels that never seem the end of on any hotel cable systems; for example:

MTV Classic
Sundance
IFC
Aspire
TVONE

I was mistaken. I remember seeing MTV Classic at the Ithica Motel in Ithica Michigan in 2014.

...I've never seen BYU TV on any cable system either, but the closest I've been to Utah in the last 27 years was Lincoln Nebraska.

Comcast Detroit carries BYU TV up on ch 390, one of a block (389-400) of "religious" nets.

I also got that a bit wrong. I should have wrote "I've never seen a MOTEL / HOTEL cable system with BYU TV. I have it only my cable and have taped a few movies from it.
