I agree with Trump on health care
I've been saying the following - conceptually, anyway - for a long time: Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products. Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the p...

Re: March 1: Super Tuesday
I agree with NS8401. Delegate count math is skewed to a degree in Cruz's favor right now, because let's face it, he performed quite well in Texas, and Texas by far is the most delegate-rich state to have voted so far. There are probably a number of congressional districts within Texas were Cruz crac...

Re: 2016 Presidential Polls
It looks like Carson is throwing in the towel, even though he's not fully suspending his campaign yet. He's skipping the Detroit debate.

Re: Rubio and the phrase "con artist"
Cruz still had a bad night... He didn't do great. That said, in terms of total delegate count, he's in better shape than Rubio. The AP shows Trump with 285 delegates, Cruz with 161, Rubio with 87, Kasich with 25 and Carson with 8 to date. Cruz had a larger than expected win in Texas given recent po...

Re: Rubio and the phrase "con artist"
Poor little Marco... But hey, he performed well among menopausal women and soccer moms in the Republican stronghold of Minnesota (a state the Dems will win by a mile in the general election) and had a good night in the crony capitalism stronghold of Virginia. I will say Ted Cruz gave an outstanding,...

Re: Trump to host campaign rally in Warren on 3/4
He'll probably lease a turboprop to fly up to Caddy. That's my guess anyway. Doubt he'll be taking a limo up there; it's damn near a four hour drive from Warren! There's no way in hell that tiny airport on Boon Rd can accommodate a massive jet. A ridiculous number of people will be turned away from ...

Trump to host campaign rally in Warren on 3/4
He's hosting an event at the Macomb Community College Expo Center at 12 Mile Rd & Hayes the morning of March 4.

Looks like he's also hosting an event in Cadillac at the Wexford Civic Center later that day.

Re: Little Marco screws American workers out of jobs
All of you bring up fine points. I'm leaning toward Kasich now.
Trump's past record and actions are troubling to me. I like most of what he says now, but many of his statements are superficial. He is clearly pandering to certain groups.

Re: This Is Why I Cannot/Will Not Support Marco
The Gang of Eight legislation that Rubio pushed would've given protections to illegals accused of violent crimes.
I agree; many are decent people. The problem is scummy companies like Disney are firing their American employees in place of low wage foreigners.they certainly are not all bad.

Re: Little Marco screws American workers out of jobs
To answer your first question - because Marco is a douche bag.
To answer your second question - who cares. I'm worried about the future of our country, not Twitter quotes.

You're right; illegal immigrants haven't taken enough of our jobs and victimized enough American citizens with crime.

No need to apologize; your initial post is what compelled me to do further research.
We are definitely on the same page regarding Rubio.

Little Marco screws American workers out of jobs
http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/02/28/donald-trump-invites-ice-officer-chris-crane-fired-disney-workers-join-rally/ I am ashamed and embarrassed that as recently as 24 hours ago I was considering casting a vote for Marky. Look, in the off chance he is the GOP nominee, I will probably ho...

Re: Chris Wallace snaps at Ted Cruz on Fox News Sunday
I will say this about Bernie - he has stayed true to his beliefs for decades. I disagree with many of his beliefs, but I commend him for his honesty. Bad news for Ted Cruz moments ago. Jeff Sessions (R-Alabama) just endorsed Trump for President. That is quite surprising given how frequently Cruz has...

Re: Chris Wallace snaps at Ted Cruz on Fox News Sunday
Cruz indeed was full of shit on his FNS appearance today. Wallace was correct to challenge Cruz's version of the "facts" regarding tactics his campaign has used. Here is a good article about the incident, including video: https://www.rawstory.com/2016/02/oh-come-on-fox-host-utterly-destroys-ted-cruz...
