Re: Being pro-police

Pretty simple. Stop selling CD's at the mall after you have been told not to, then you don't have the PO PO putting their hands on you.

Pot became legal in Canada today and I'm not there to celebrate.
In Canada, like it will be here, can employers still prohibit employees from using?

Re: Election Day predictions thread

Drove up to Frankfort, MI this weekend for the tail end of their Beer Week festival. Tried to pay attention to campaign signs on the trip. I saw very few. The majority of what I did see were for local races and a couple for Schutte and James. Did not see one Whitmere or Stabenaugh sign the entire tr...

Re: Election Day predictions thread

All three proposals pass. I'm pretty anti pot, but even I will be voting for the proposal. Reason? I want to eliminate the black market that currently exists. Having watched and listened to Gretchen Whitmere on TV and radio, it is my firm belief that if HilLiery Clinton had her (Gretchen's) persona,...

Re: John James Last Stand

New poll just out shows Stabenaow with a nine point lead. Two weeks ago she had a 18 point lead. Evidently the new TV ads, combined with the Kavenaugh debacle has motivated/swayed some voters. https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/410928-poll-dem-stabenow-has-9-point-lead-on-republican-james-in-michig...

I’m sorry - play that video again - I must have missed Obama lying under oath,
You wanna see video, go back and watch his swearing in ceremony...

You know, the one where he swore to " the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Drinking beer and doing drugs as a adolecent didn't seem to bother the "progressives" nine or 10 years ago.

Re: 51 Percent

T Rumps job approval rating hit 51 percent today. At the same point in time Obama was at 48 percent. What amazes me is that T Rump has pretty much endured a barrage of negative press on a daily basis while the other had the MSM fawning all over him. Nice try Bryce, looking at the composite, 43% app...

Re: James vs. Stabenow / Schuette vs. Whitmer

James TV ads hit yesterday. It's a good ad, he places "blame" on both parties in a bid for the independent vote . He seems to have distanced himself from T Rump these days.

Too little to late.

Re: Sexual assault allegations against Judge Kavanaugh

I still believe in the US Constitution, which holds that an accused person is innocent until proven guilty. Kavanaugh's accusers are losing credibility fast in any sane evaluation. https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/2018-10-02%20Signed%20Ketterer%20Statement%20-%20Swetnick%20Allegations...
