Re: Red Wings collapsing?

You mean the Metro wildcard being shutout by the President's Trophy winner? No surprises. Or did you mean the Wings season remains done? I'm lousy at math. Just want to know how many more playoff games YOUR Capitals won than the Wings did. Wings just weren't good enough to make the playoffs.

GUARANTEED Detroit would have at least won a game.
Of course, Atlantic division is weaker than Metro. If the Wings had played the Rangers it would have been four no goal games.

Re: Beyonce and Country Radio

I'm betting country radio airplay isn't Beyonce's goal with the album. Radio people can get so self absorbed. As expected, Beyoncé has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with “Cowboy Carter,” marking the biggest sales for an album so far in 2024. “Cowboy,” which released on March 29, arrives with...

What if's don't really matter. Many shelters will euthanize for a very reasonable fee.

This situation is nothing like a politician trying to score points by bragging she shot a family pet.

Re: Open Letter to The Grateful Dead Station

The station was down last night after the severe storms...

Hal Payne, Phil Orth and Michael O'Shea. WCCW was quite a station of swank.

Re: Michigan Election Fraud

Here's another one that gave me a grin: .... charges against him were dropped after he expressed regret at what had taken place, telling state investigators that he “felt that I had been walked into a situation that I shouldn’t have ever been involved in.” .... Yes your honor my client was walked i...

She was touting it as an example of being able to make "tough decisions." To me, it suggests she is irresponsible and exercises poor judgment. Sane people agree with your statement. Waiting for Bryce to chime in here..... Same. Came here to post that. I know how I would hope he would react.

Re: RFK Jr.

My prayers are being answered... Former President Donald J. Trump is sharpening his attacks on the independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as new polls show an overlap between their core supporters. In a series of posts on his Truth Social media platform on Friday night, Mr. Trump,...

Re: Where’s Cricket? Kristi Noem Defends Killing Her Dog

I can think of many ways comparing the choice between killing and an animal shelter are different than adoption and a professional medically regulated abortion.

All these options are legal most places, but there are political consequences. She's an idiot.

Re: Where’s Cricket? Kristi Noem Defends Killing Her Dog

I was pretty clear that this happens, but it was a career ender (before it had a chance)for any national office. Stupid move. BTW, in our county, we recently charged and convicted a guy for doing something similar. People with "2024 common sense" would take the dog to a shelter. And I agree with Mat...

Re: Where’s Cricket? Kristi Noem Defends Killing Her Dog

Surprisingly, she's a short-list V. P. Candidate for who? Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota on Friday defended a story included in her forthcoming biography in which she describes killing a family dog on their farm, to her daughter’s distress — a grisly anecdote that instantly drew criticism from a ...

Re: MOAR COUNTRY!!

I'm forced to listen to 101.5 The River in my office. Bad enough already. Lately they've been working in two awful cover songs into their playlist: the shitty douchebro version of "Fast Car" and Rascal Flatts' butchering of "Life is a Highway". You know, because there aren't already 700 other stati...
