It's both, mostly the former though. Plus it'd be extremely difficult for anyone to coach someone whose narcissism precludes them from acknowledging their own flaws and shortcomings.

I kind of like this type of article. Just yesterday I saw a large sheet of ice/snow slide off a van and strike the windshield behind them. It's not the worst thing for the news to occasionally remind people of common sense behaviors and safety precautions.
