Good. Now can they get to work on productive policies that Republicans can support?
like the budget they already passed?
Why are you following me around?
That’s kind of hard to accuse someone of in a setting like this…

Re: Trump compares Stormy to his daughter

Would you knock it off with the plagiarism? You NEVER, EVER post links to what you quote, and lately, you haven't even been mentioning the source. Also, WTF does any of this have to do with the charges against Trump? I think there's already grounds for a mistrial given the sheer volume of testimony...

Re: More stupidity from Dana Nessel

The suits state attorneys general filed against 3M, et al. for PFAS made sense. Harm in precise physical locations could be directly attributed to the substance. I am unsure how one can prove what portion of climate change can be directly attributed to burning of fossil fuels. I am also unsure how ...

Re: MTG Smack down

Rashida Tlaib's seat is very safe. She won in a landslide in the 2022 general. The Arab and African American communities and many white progressives view her fondly. I live on the NE edge of her district. Her most recent quarterly mailing showed a detailed list of all the federal grant money she (p...

Re: MTG Smack down

One has to wonder why voters sent these extreme types to Washington. And not just on this side of the aisle, but "The Squad" on the other side of the aisle. They all need to be voted off the island. Weak competition at the time of election and then the impossible task of evicting an incumbent. The ...

Re: MTG Smack down

If you look at the shit show that is the current Republican Party and can't see that it revolves around that anti-American narcissist and that he's enabled the band of morons like MTG, Massie, and Gaetz, that is your problem. MTG and Gates should be kicked to the curb as far as I'm concerned. I'm n...

Re: Paul Ryan won't vote for Trump. "Character is too important".

Trying in desperation to get the thread back on track, it seems that more voices are starting to come out and say they won't vote for Trump this time. Now I have no doubt that his core will ignore this but I wonder if the independent and undecided voters, fence sitters if you will, will pay attenti...

Re: Paul Ryan won't vote for Trump. "Character is too important".

I am not convinced of Biden’s victory. Remember that so many of this protesters will not vote for Biden. Those protesters make up a tiny fraction of young people overall. As a matter of fact recent surveys have shown the conflict is rather low priority for them. I wouldn’t get nervous because a fai...

Re: Paul Ryan won't vote for Trump. "Character is too important".

For whatever it’s worth Geoff Duncan the former Lieutenant Governor from Georgia during the 2020 election announced he won’t vote for Trump either. Ultimately Trump will go down in flames and the GOP will follow. The test will be how badly they burn.

Re: Pro-Palestinian terrorist protesters take over Columbia University building

So whatever happened to sovereign nations staying out of the business of other sovereign nations? Not how things work when there are clear engagement rules within international law. The whole "sovereign nation" b.s. is a ultra conservative position. So Israel has to abide by the rules of engagement...

Re: Weather reporting

Weather Spotters are reporting that NOAA radio is not sending warning and watch notifications on time. Wx spotters suggest they are about 10 minutes after nws issues them. I can confirm that… the Severe Warning for Livingston county wasn’t mentioned until it did a remains in effect update around 12...
