The Donald is here for the long run

Nothing will come of this. If it was to be, it would of happened already. Mueller and his staff will keep fiddle farting around for as long as they can running up lawyer fees. Then like a whoopie cushion, it will all just be a big pfffft. I'm not defending anyone here, but I'm confident it's basical...

So, I guess it's OK. I've now done dozens of random calculations and verified the answers using another calculator. No wrong answers yet.
Are the answers in metric?

Self Serve Sanitation

So I watched the CBC video. What's he need help with? Yes, it's a LOT of stuff. But from what I see, all he needs is someone to buy him a box of trash bags. Why would he be asking for someone to come over and help bag up, from what I can see, is nothing of value? If he lives where he can burn, I'll ...

Re: Why do so many people refer to Independence Day simply as "July 4th"?

I'm inclined to agree with this, I just find it a bit odd. There ARE holidays with exact dates with even more syllables, like Martin Luther King Jr. Day. It sometimes gets shortened to "Martin Luther King Day" but I've never heard it simply called "January 15th" Seems to me, more and more each year...

Re: Mike Valenti Renews With WXYT-FM

Y'all can say what you want about Valenti. But at least you don't hear all that non-sport chatter from him. He can be totally annoying at times. And he can sometimes be a broken record when he's on a nut about something. But it's about sports, not "What's the cheapest you ever paid for gas?" All tha...

I got an email detailing the ways to survive a crash: Well-fitting helmet Face protection Full riding suit (one piece or pants and jacket) Boots Gloves Rain gear Hearing protection I have simpler one - drive a car. :razz Here's a much better idea. Be Seen - Wear Lime Green. I can see someone wearin...

Re: Best on_air team rapport?

My biggest pet peeve with Fox2 in the morning is cutting an interesting segment short. They will rush someone in the kitchen, or cut away from a good singer, and then show something lame off the satellite.

Re: Blue Wave?

The only way to beat Stabenow is to have a dashing young candidate run up against her. Some guy that all the ladies think is easy on the eyes. Some young man that appeals to the guys who voted for Donald. What the Republicans need to do is start filming her struggling up steps to a stage, make her ...

Re: Bill Ayers Consulting LLC ???

That come across my phone the other day. Very interesting read.
It's a good article that basically says the swamp must be drained.
As I read the article, I kept wondering if my signature is the answer to all this writer's complaints.

Re: Victory for privacy?

I generally agree law enforcement needs a warrant, but the bigger issue in my mind is if cell companies should be so loose with this data in the first place? My question is why do they keep the info in the first place? Why are they archiving text messages and call records for years and years? Seems...

Re: Time Magazine cover

The fake news Time Magazine is caught out. Needs to be shut down. What about crooked Hillary? What about lying James Comey? Witch hunt. No collusion. Very sad. C'mom. The editors at Time used a picture of a crying girl and Trump to get a message across. Whether the model, (and I'll say model becaus...

Re: The UN is crap anyway

Here is a useful function that the UN could do: Figure out what language in the world would be the easiest for someone to learn for conversational purposes. Then have every kid in the world learn the same language in school as a second language. Someone told me they knew someone that wrote a letter ...

Re: Has Michigan ever tried to enact Capital Punishment?

There is little doubt in my mind that innocent people have been executed in this country. That is so beyond acceptable that I will never be a proponent unless there is 100% certainty of guilt. A jury of 12 saying guilty is NOT 100% certainty. Oh without a doubt. With the advent of DNA, so many peop...

Re: Blue Wave?

Despite Synder's unpopularity, I see someone like Schutte winning. The Dem candidates are way too far left. You're right. Schutte has got some distance from Snyder. But I'm wondering if Gretchen may have an angle that might work. I'm seeing her TV ads are mentioning repealing the tax on retirement ...

It's working for her

When the thing about her holding up Trump's head came out, I looked at upcoming tours on her website. (I honestly wasn't sure who she was) She was doing shows at community centers out west, I kid you not. Now I look at her website and see Radio City Music Hall and the Fisher Theatre. No matter how r...
